Background

The Growth Program combines intensive work in short project modules with the persistence of long-term collaboration over 12 months.

Deep Dive sessions are a extensions to identify and eliminate show stoppers in customer acquisition, customer service or cash management. Quarterly retros are used to celebrate successes, adjust OKRs, communicate transparently, and prioritize OKRs for the following quarter.

Outcome

The outcome of the Growth Program in Step 1 is a completely revised Growth Plan including Communication and Implementation Plan (OKRs) for the following quarter and current year.

The outcome of the OKR cycles is the continuous implementation of the OKRs by the team and the validation of the central hypotheses. Based on the insights gained, the quarterly retros make it possible to adjust the strategy and stay on track.

Expiration

The Growth Program starts with a Growth Plan Module consisting of Growth Assessment, Growth Plan and Top 3 OKRs. In the 3 Growth Execution Cycles that follow the initial Growth Plan, the top three measures or pilots for the quarter are implemented by the respective teams.
